AI Use-Case Prioritiser

List your AI ideas, rate each from 1 to 5, and see which one to build first.

Rate each idea from 1 (low) to 5 (high). For effort and risk, 5 means harder or riskier.

About this tool

How does the prioritiser score ideas?

Each idea is rated 1 to 5 on value, data readiness, effort, risk and ownership. Effort and risk are inverted, then the five are weighted: value 30%, data 25%, and effort, risk and ownership 15% each. The total is shown out of 100.

Why does an idea with a high score still say "fix the data first"?

A high-value idea on poor data or with no owner will stall. The tool flags any idea scoring 2 or below on data or ownership, whatever its total.

Are the weights fixed?

They are a sensible starting point, not a rule. Change them in your own sheet if value matters more to you than speed.
