Predictive AI and Forecasting
A prediction is only useful if you know how much to trust it. We build forecasting and scoring models, test them on data they have never seen, and show you the error, not just the headline.
In short. Predictive AI and Forecasting is one of Matrida Infotech's AI services. We turn your historical and live data into forecasts, risk scores and early warnings, with honest measures of how often they are right. Typical stack: Scikit-learn · PyTorch · Prophet · Darts · SciPy · Tableau.
Sound familiar?
- Planning relies on last year plus a gut feeling
- Churn, fraud or defaults are found after the damage
- You have data, but no model people trust
- A past model quietly stopped working

Questions
How accurate will it be?
That depends on the signal in your data. We test on held-out history, report the error plainly and compare against a simple baseline, so you can see the real gain.
How much history do we need?
For seasonal forecasts, usually at least a few full cycles. For classification, enough examples of each outcome. We assess this in a short discovery step.
Can the model explain its scores?
Yes, where the method allows. Explanations matter most in credit, claims and other regulated settings.
What happens when conditions change?
We monitor input and accuracy drift and set rules for when to retrain, so a model does not silently go stale.
Do you use deep learning or simpler models?
Whichever is good enough and simplest to maintain. Simple models often win on tabular data.
